Be LOCAL project responds to the needs of youth work at the local level and improvement of the quality in work of organizations at the local level.  Be LOCAL project will enable the participants to acquire specific competences, skills and abilities to organize activities consisting of two methods of working with a local group - Human Library and Open Space Technology.
